Job Description:

?? Responsible for Meshing automobile components for safety attribute using Engineering Pre-processor software tool like ANSA and Hypermesh.
?? FE modeling of simple, medium and complex sheet metal parts and simple solid. modeling using Tetra, hexa Meshing like engine mount, struct mount.
?? Medium complex solid modeling of Axle housing, brake system.
?? FE modeling of complex plastic parts like door trim, tailgate and hood trim, roof trim etc.
?? Responsible for Mesh model delivery and with quality. Understand basic connections and should of #lsdyna or #Radioss material card understanding.
