WiseUp helps building managers improve buildings – notably their comfort, efficiency, maintenance, operations and sustainability. As the Internet of Things (IoT) began to influence buildings and infrastructure, WiseUp identified a problem – building managers were struggling to manually connect, manage and automate their buildings, its machines and resulting data.
Founded in 2015 with a desire to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction, WiseUp recognized that an IoT solution was the key to helping building managers remotely monitor, analyze and manage a building and its data, such as water meter readings or temperature and humidity levels. This allowed building managers to easily improve operations in their buildings, providing benefits for employees and occupants.
The success of WiseUp is based on providing a high-tech service base with industrial quality, accompanied by human support and advice provided by the best building engineers – leading WiseUp to use ThingWorx from the beginning to accelerate time and quality of service. WiseUp has seen much success since its inception, with more than 65 buildings currently controlled in Spain. They expanded to the Dominic Republic in 2016 with 11 connected hotels, Mexico in 2017 with four new connected buildings and have 30 open projects from Province Hospitals to primary assistance healthy offices in Spain that are estimated to be completed by 2019.
