• Should have knowledge and understanding of tooling, manufacturing processes & GD&T
• Strong communication Skills.
• Must have handled projects for leading Automotive OEMs, relevant experience in Master Section of all standard element like sensors pneumatics, knowledge of NAM and European Stds.
• Working Deposits, PedStands, Checking Fixtures, Glue Stands.Willing to deliver as a team depending on the project requirement
• Good Knowledge of BIW(Body-in-White) Design of structural component (e.g. Door Panels) Proficient in software, Must have strong experience in design and basic principles of fixture.

Responsibilities :

• Capable to develop automotive body/structure welding fixture, structuring of fixtures defining Kinematics for fixture.
• Work on team and support other team members.
• Responsible for detailed engineering design fixture in the project.
• Responsible for complex engineering parts ensuring quality and meeting the project timeline
• Independently work on the fixture get customer DAP for design closures.
• Creation of Bill of material, Robot Payload, Engraving List, Shim Plan.
• Turntable Calculation, Ergonomics Calculations.
• Standard BOP selection and familiarity in pneumatic, sensors and integration related elements
